We're seeking a talented Mid-Level Back-End Software Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. Responsibilities Back-End Development: Build and maintain robust back-end features for our applications using NodeJS and NestJS. Work with AWS infrastructure, including Lambdas, OpenSearch, Terraform, MongoDB Atlas, S3 buckets, and Weaviate databases. Integration: Integrate external services such as Stripe, Zoom, and Auth0, as well as our internal analytics lambdas, to enhance application functionalities. Collaboration: Engage in daily stand-up meetings and collaborate with UX designers to ensure back-end capabilities align with proposed features. Occasionally participate in technical calls to assess vendors and their products. Agile Environment: Actively contribute to our agile development process, participating in code reviews and providing valuable input for continuous improvement. Qualifications 3-5 years of professional experience in back-end development. Strong proficiency in NodeJS, NestJS, and experience with AWS services (Lambdas, OpenSearch, Terraform). Experience with MongoDB Atlas, S3 buckets, and Weaviate databases. Familiarity with integrating external services (Stripe, Zoom, Auth0). Knowledge of cloud architecture, preferably AWS. Experience working in an agile development environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
