Node.js Backend Developer (with React.js knowledge)

You are a talented and motivated Node.js Backend Developer with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in Node.js. Your passion lies in building robust, scalable, and efficient server-side applications, and you have a solid grasp of modern JavaScript. While your main focus will be on the backend, having a good understanding of React.js is a significant advantage. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and its frameworks. You will work closely with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to design efficient schemas and manage data. Collaboration with frontend (React.js) developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic is an essential part of your responsibilities. Implementing secure coding practices, optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and stability, writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, as well as participating in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting are key aspects of your role. You bring to the table over 1 year of hands-on experience in Node.js development, a strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming concepts. Good knowledge of TypeScript is considered a significant advantage. Your experience with Node.js frameworks like Express.js, NestJS, or similar, along with a solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation, will be valuable. Familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, and version control systems like Git is expected. A good understanding of React.js and frontend development principles, as well as knowledge of unit testing for backend applications, will be beneficial.
