NodeJs Backend Developer

The responsibilities for this role include developing, testing, and deploying server-side applications using Node.js. You will be responsible for writing reusable, testable, and efficient code, as well as designing and implementing RESTful APIs / GraphQL services. Additionally, you will integrate user-facing elements created by front-end developers with server-side logic and manage database integrations with MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and other systems. Ensuring application security, performance, and scalability are also key aspects of this position. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as frontend, QA, and DevOps is essential to deliver high-quality solutions. Participation in code reviews, debugging, optimization, and staying updated with emerging technologies and best practices is expected. The requirements for this role include a strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and Node.js. Experience with Express.js / Nest.js or similar frameworks is necessary. Knowledge of REST APIs / GraphQL, familiarity with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and experience with version control using Git are essential. Additionally, skills in asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and microservices are required. Understanding of unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, etc., and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP are considered advantageous.
