Mekanism Technologies hiring Node.js Developer

Designation: Node.js Developer

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)

Experience: 1-2 Years

Job Summary:

We seek a skilled Node.js developer to contribute to our backend infrastructure. This role offers chances to work on robust server-side solutions and collaborate within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain server-side logic using Node.js.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with various databases.
Implement authentication systems and handle email functionalities.
Optimise database queries and ensure application scalability.
Engage in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
Stay updated with emerging tools and best practices.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Node.js and the Express.js framework.
Expertise in MongoDB, MySQL with query handling, and PostgreSQL.
Experience with packages like jwt, Mongoose, TypeORM, MySQL2, Sequelize, nodemailer, and dayjs.
Strong capabilities in problem-solving and database management.
Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-moving settings.
Effective communication and teamwork orientation.

Preferred:

Familiarity with additional backend security measures.
Proficient in version control with Git/GitHub.
Knowledge of deployment and containerization basics.
Exposure to testing frameworks or cloud services.
