No-Code or Low-Code Developer(1)

Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically strong No-Code Developer to lead the design and development of our mental health support application using no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Bubble, Adalo, Glide, FlutterFlow, or Webflow with integrations). You will work closely with our core team to transform vision into an interactive, scalable, and user-friendly application.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of the Antardhwani mobile/web application.
• Build features such as user registration, session scheduling, support group chat, content library, feedback forms, and admin dashboards.
• Integrate third-party tools like Google Calendar, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, or email services using APIs or automation tools (e.g., Zapier/Make).
• Ensure the app is responsive, fast, and user-friendly across devices.
• Collaborate with designers, counselors, and program heads to align features with organizational goals.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Document the app structure, workflows, and user guidelines for long-term management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience building full apps using platforms like Bubble, Glide, FlutterFlow, Adalo, or Webflow + integrations.
• Strong understanding of app workflows, logic, database structure, and UI/UX principles.
• Experience with API integrations, automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Integromat).
• Good command of English and ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
• Background in tech, design, or development is a plus (not mandatory if skilled).
