Job Description

Required Skills Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in NLP development with expertise in at least one conversational AI framework (e.g., RASA, Microsoft Bot Framework, Yellow.ai, Kore.ai ). Strong understanding of intent classification, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and contextual AI models . Experience with fine-tuning pre-trained NLP models (e.g., BERT, GPT, spaCy, Transformers). Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face, or TensorFlow . Hands-on experience in training and improving conversational AI models using structured datasets. Ability to analyze chatbot performance , identify misclassifications, and optimize NLP strategies. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with speech-to-text and voicebot NLP models . Exposure to multilingual NLP models and translation APIs. Understanding of A/B testing and model evaluation metrics (e.g., precision, recall, F1-score).
