The Spa Therapist will provide professional spa services, including a variety of treatments such as facials, pedicures, and other spa therapies. They will ensure excellent customer service, build relationships with clients, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. The role also involves providing personalized recommendations and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Qualifications Proficiency in spa treatments and services, such as facials and pedicures Knowledge of cosmetology principles and techniques Strong customer service skills and the ability to foster a welcoming environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Attention to hygiene and safety standards Relevant certifications or training in spa therapy or cosmetology (preferred) Previous experience in the wellness or beauty industry is an advantage Passion for wellness and a commitment to providing outstanding client experiences
