The role involves planning, organizing, and implementing educational and recreational activities tailored to the developmental needs of preschoolers. The responsibilities include creating a safe and engaging learning environment, continuously monitoring and supporting children's progress, and building positive relationships with both children and parents. Additional tasks include maintaining classroom order, tracking developmental milestones, and collaborating with a team of educators to uphold the preschool's mission and goals. Qualifications Strong expertise in planning and delivering age-appropriate educational and recreational activities Skills in fostering creativity, curiosity, and confidence among young learners Proven ability to maintain a safe and organized classroom environment Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm in working with young children Minimum educational requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field Relevant certifications in childcare or teaching are a plus Experience in a preschool or daycare setting is highly desirable
