Responsibilities Equipment Performance: Maintain optimal performance of processing equipment through effective monitoring and control. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to ensure operational efficiency. Test and analyze samples to verify the quality and performance of the end product. Adhere to safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Accurately document and report equipment/process status to relevant personnel. Contribute to optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency and minimize waste. Collaborate with team members to effectively resolve process-related issues. Train new employees on proper equipment operation and standard processes. Assist in the development and implementation of improved process strategies. Maintain accurate records of production data, including volume, rejection rates, and encountered issues Qualifications ITI (Electrical/ Fitter/ Welder)
