Job Description

Description

  • Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across enterprise environments.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into working solutions.
  • Manage platform upgrades, module enhancements, and performance optimization.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
  • Proven experience in full lifecycle (end-to-end) ServiceNow implementation.
Expertise in at least three of the following ServiceNow modules :
  • ITSM (IT Service Management)
  • ITOM (IT Operations Management)
  • CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
  • HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)
  • SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and integration approaches.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Good To Have

  • ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or Architect certifications).
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
