Job Title: Technical Talent Acquisition / IT Recruiter Location: Baner, Pune (Onsite) Work Timings: 6:30pm to 3:30pm IST Cab Service: Provided About Yugma: Position Overview: We are seeking a US IT Recruiter to support our growing talent acquisition needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with C2C, W2, and FTE roles, and be proficient in sourcing and recruiting top-tier IT professionals. This role requires deep experience with Ceipal ATS, Monster Job Portal, and LinkedIn sourcing, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for our clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various IT positions across C2C, W2, and FTE arrangements. Source, screen, and interview candidates using Ceipal ATS, Monster Job Portal, and LinkedIn. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to find the best talent for both technical and non-technical roles. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications. Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure timely updates in the ATS. Stay current with industry trends and market insights to help drive successful recruitment efforts. Requirements: 6+ months of experience as an IT Recruiter, specializing in US-based roles (C2C, W2, FTE). Hands-on experience with Ceipal ATS, Monster Job Portal, and LinkedIn for sourcing and recruiting. Proven track record in successfully recruiting for a variety of IT positions including developers, engineers, and other technical roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
