Job Description

1. Manage and oversee complete night audit of books of accounts including: Daily review by examining the front desk's financial accounts and recording the total cash and credit payments received from guests Day and month close process To monitor booking and control of daily transaction. Reconciliation of daily settlement reports To monitor and control various advance accounts including timely recoveries thereof. Surprise night audit of day to day transactions Revenue and amount receipts analysis Recording room, Banquets & Restaurants rates and occupancy percentages for the day Noting any financial discrepancies in the front office reports 2. Follows audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions. 3. Preparation of reports summarizing the day's financial activities. 4. Timely submission of various night audit reports 5. Coordinate and ensure smooth completion of accounting and operation process including closure of night audit observations Reporting to: Administratively to the club head and functionally to HO Finance
