Position - Nickel plating Electrical and Mechanical specialist Location - Bidadi Industrial Area, Bangalore Qualifications Academic background: ITI/Diploma (Mechanical & Electrical) Experience: preferably around 8 - 10 years of experience in building, managing plating line electrically and mechanically General Description The holder of this position is responsible for ensuring over all equipment efficiency of nickel plating line. This position holder is in charge of nickel plating line with respect to electrical and mechanical improvements and contribute to continuous improvement of the process. The person is further responsible for ensuring production output and daily management.and building a strong safety culture as per company. Manage 1. OEE of nickel plating line 2. Nickel plating line troubleshooting electrically and mechanically 3. Continuous Improvement at nickel plating & PVA Ensure 1. Line speed at required level to meet the demand electrically and mechanically 2. Quality of nickel plating and PVA coating 3. Process parameners 4. Safety of the equipment 5. Reactive and preventive maintenance of the line Contribute 1. To continuous improvement and drive KAIZENs 2. Safety & 5S 3. Creative thinking and solution to improve the process 4. Develop new toolings and jigs-fixtures for better perfromance of the line 5. Visual management Support 1. Support and providing training to employees on nickel plating & Pva line 2.
