Cloud Full Stack Developer (Team Lead)
As a Cloud Full Stack Developer (Team Lead) at NGX Systems in Bangalore, India, with 6-8+ years of experience, you will play a vital role in our dynamic team. Your primary focus will be on cloud-native development and full stack technologies, particularly in Java or Node.js. Your expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining scalable microservices on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) will be crucial. You will lead a small team of junior and mid-level engineers, ensuring code quality and delivering robust, secure, and high-performing applications. Responsibilities include independently developing, designing, and maintaining full stack applications, guiding junior/mid-level developers through mentoring and code reviews, leveraging GCP for cloud-native development, working with services such as Firebase, Firestore, BigQuery, developing scalable and secure REST APIs and microservices using Java or Node.js, parsing and managing streaming JSON data efficiently for real-time applications, implementing containerized applications using Docker, managing deployments with Kubernetes, collaborating on UI development with React.js, and addressing Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) issues. You will actively participate in Agile development processes, ensuring security best practices and compliance in all stages of the software development lifecycle. Required skills for this role include strong experience in Java or Node.js programming, hands-on experience with GCP/AWS, proficiency in REST API development, microservices architecture, deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes, experience with streaming JSON data parsing and real-time data management, solid knowledge of software design principles and best practices, familiarity with React.js or similar UI libraries, understanding of Agile methodologies and practices, and knowledge of security protocols and data compliance standards. It would be beneficial to have experience with front-end development frameworks like React.js, familiarity with data governance, encryption, and regulatory compliance.
