About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Strategist (Associate-Level) to shape and grow our digital voice across platforms. This is a full-time remote role for someone who’s passionate about mental health, storytelling, and community building. Key Responsibilities: Assist in building and executing NGNLearning’s social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more Plan and post compelling content (reels, carousels, infographics, stories) in line with our brand tone and goals Track performance metrics and generate monthly insights to guide future strategy Research trends, hashtags, and mental health content to keep our messaging fresh and relevant Engage with our community through DMs, comments, polls, and live sessions Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to align campaigns with product launches and promotions Who We’re Looking For: 0–2 years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing Strong written communication and visual storytelling skills Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and analytics dashboards Interest or background in psychology, education, or mental health is a plus Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow with a fast-moving, impact-driven team What You’ll Gain: Real-time exposure to building a purpose-led brand in the edtech & mental health space Opportunities to create content that genuinely helps families and educators Mentorship and upskilling across strategy, content, design, and digital campaigns To Apply: Send your CV, 2–3 sample posts or social media handles you’ve worked on, and a short note on why you’d love to join NGNLearning to: hr@ngnlearning.com
