About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Strategist (Associate-Level) to shape and grow our digital voice across platforms. Position Overview We invite applications for the role of School Counselor to work across schools in Delhi NCR. The position demands a professional with strong counseling acumen, high levels of empathy, and commitment to preventive mental health care . This contractual engagement offers direct field experience and the opportunity to transition into a full-time appointment based on performance and alignment. Key Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling for students (ages 4–18). Address emotional, social, and behavioral concerns including anxiety, stress, peer relationships, self-esteem, and academic pressure . Deliver structured workshops and awareness programs for students, teachers, and parents. Implement the SEEL framework within school settings. Maintain professional case documentation with confidentiality and accuracy. Collaborate with school stakeholders and NGN Learning teams for integrated student support. Participate in periodic reviews and supervision meetings . Contract & Progression Compensation: ₹700/day (on-field working days). Initial Duration: 5 months. Progression: Strong performance may lead to full-time employment post-contract, subject to mutual agreement. Qualifications & Competencies Educational Background: Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Child Development, or allied disciplines . Experience: 0–1 years, including internships or fieldwork in counseling children or adolescents. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities , with active listening and empathetic engagement. Professional Conduct: Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and establish rapport with students .
