Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Next.js Developer with an overall experience of 8 years and minimum of 5 years of experience in Next.js, along with strong proficiency in Typescript and JavaScript for API integrations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in front-end development with at least 6 years of experience in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Tailwind. Additionally, experience working in the insurance domain is preferred. The candidate should also have 2-3 years of experience in AWS or Azure cloud platforms and should be well-versed in CI/CD pipelines to support seamless development, deployment, and maintenance of applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance web applications using Next.js and TypeScript. Design and implement scalable and maintainable APIs for seamless frontend-backend communication. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Tailwind. Work with AWS/Azure cloud services for hosting, storage, and database integration. Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and ensure smooth integration. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing web interfaces. Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code, following best development practices. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code to enhance the performance and reliability of applications. Work in an Agile development environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Stay updated with the latest Next.js, TypeScript, and cloud technologies to incorporate best practices into development processes. Required Skills Experience: 5+ years of experience in Next.js development with expertise in server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG). 5+ years of experience in TypeScript, including API integrations. 6+ years of experience in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design principles. 2-3 years of experience in AWS or Azure cloud environments, including services like S3, EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, App Services, Storage, etc. Experience in CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query. Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git and GitHub/GitLab. Knowledge of security best practices for web applications. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Prior experience in the insurance or financial domain is a plus. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience in Java or Node JS is an advantage Experience in Insurance domain Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes for containerization. Experience with Performance Optimization SEO Best Practices for Next.js applications. Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library. Experience in AI/ML integration in web applications is an added advantage.
