Key roles and responsibilities Schedule and meeting management: Manage the executive's calendar and schedule appointments. Organize and prepare for meetings, including taking dictation and minutes. Communication and correspondence: Act as a first point of contact, answering calls and screening inquiries. Handle and prioritize incoming mail, emails, and other correspondence. Draft and proofread documents and communicate with internal and external parties on behalf of the executive. Administrative and clerical tasks: Type, compile, and format reports, presentations, and other documents. Maintain organized and confidential filing systems for both physical and digital records. Manage databases and ensure administrative systems are up-to-date. Travel and logistics: Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and car services.
