Job Description:We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to achieve performance goals. You will play a key role in driving measurable results through paid media channels, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI for the companys marketing initiatives.Role & responsibilities Responsibilities:Paid Media Campaign ManagementPlan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.Focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) like Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLV).Campaign Optimization & StrategyMonitor and optimize campaigns for performance (ROI, CTR, conversion rates) and ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy.Conduct A/B tests, audience segmentation, and other optimization techniques to continuously improve campaign performance.Implement remarketing/retargeting strategies to increase conversions from previous visitors.Budget and Bid ManagementManage digital ad budgets across different platforms while ensuring efficient allocation and maximization of the budget.Optimize bids and targeting to achieve the best possible return on ad spend (ROAS).Analytics & ReportingUtilize tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms to track performance metrics and provide actionable insights.Prepare regular performance reports to track and communicate key campaign metrics to internal teams.Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.SEO & SEM IntegrationCollaborate with the SEO team to ensure synergy between paid search campaigns and organic SEO efforts.Conduct keyword research, bid adjustments, and ad copy optimization for improved quality scores.Collaboration with Creative & Content TeamsWork closely with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and compelling copy for campaigns.Ensure ad creatives and landing pages are optimized for conversions and aligned with the brands messaging.Competitor & Market AnalysisConduct competitor analysis to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Proven experience of 1-3 years in performance marketing, paid media, or digital marketing, particularly in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other analytics/reporting tools.Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and retargeting strategies.Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices and tools is a plus.
