Your main responsibilities Role of Account Manager: An account manager is a mid level position which is responsible for the day-to-day management of a particular customer's account within a business. What you bring Key Responsibilities: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Managing client relationships, looking for direct sales/B2B. Delivering proposals Collaborate within the team to identify and grow opportunities within the branch Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment Collecting and analysing data to learn more about consumer behaviour Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes Experience we need: 3 - 8 years of work experience in sales and business development in elevator/ similar Industry. Education: Engineering Degree/Diploma (Mandatory) MBA (Desirable)
