Experience in hotel industries and hospital ; Cleaning Guest Rooms:Perform daily cleaning of assigned guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting furniture and fixtures, and vacuuming carpets. Bathroom Maintenance:Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring they are sparkling and well-stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. Restocking Supplies:Replenish guest room amenities, including towels, toiletries, coffee, tea, and water. Trash Removal:Dispose of trash, waste, and other discarded items from rooms. Maintaining Public Areas:Clean and tidy corridors, stairways, and other common guest areas as needed. Reporting Issues:Report any maintenance issues, broken items, or safety hazards to the appropriate hotel management. Customer Service:Address guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner. Inventory Management:Keep track of housekeeping supplies and amenities and inform management when items need replenishing.
