Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product positioning and messaging that resonate with target consumers and industry stakeholders. Define and implement a clear brand strategy for the edible oil product portfolio, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all channels (digital, retail, and traditional media). Establish and maintain strong brand identity, values, and market presence to differentiate the products in a competitive marketplace. Work closely with the packaging design team, suppliers, and regulatory departments to develop packaging that is not only visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines but also cost-effective, sustainable, and compliant with industry standards and regulations. Continuously assess packaging innovations and market trends to ensure our products stand out on the shelves and align with consumer preferences. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely execution of new product introductions and maintaining product quality and relevance in the market. Collaborate closely with teams including sales, marketing, R&D, and operations to ensure alignment in product strategies and seamless execution of marketing and promotional activities. Leverage your expertise in seed crushing, solvency, and refinery operations to make informed product decisions, optimize product offerings, and guide strategic choices. Stay updated on market dynamics, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly and maintain market leadership. Merchandising: Develop merchandising strategies and guidelines to ensure the optimal display of products in retail environments. Work with retail partners to implement visually appealing product displays that align with the brand’s image and maximize product visibility and sales. Branding: Lead the development and execution of branding campaigns that create a strong and consistent brand image. Ensure that branding efforts align with the overall marketing strategy, and consistently reinforce the brand’s values and messaging across all touchpoints. Labeling: Oversee the design and compliance of product labels to ensure they meet legal and regulatory requirements while effectively communicating product benefits, features, and branding elements. Ensure that labeling across all products remains consistent and adheres to industry standards. Packaging: Manage the end-to-end packaging process, from conceptualization to final execution. Collaborate with the design team to create packaging that reflects the brand’s identity, appeals to target consumers, and is cost-efficient while adhering to sustainability practices. Ensure packaging aligns with market trends, consumer preferences, and environmental standards. Collaborate with external agencies, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of merchandising, packaging, and labeling initiatives. IDEAL CANDIDATE: We are looking for a strategic and innovative New Product / Brand Manager to oversee product promotion, branding, and packaging for our edible oil products , particularly mustard and soybean oil . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the edible oil industry , including expertise in seed crushing , solvency , and refinery processes . You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, driving product awareness, and managing packaging design and branding efforts to ensure the success of our product portfolio.
