Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Product Identification & Coordination

  • Coordinate with marketing and commercial teams to understand product requirements from various markets.
  • Identify suitable manufacturers (domestic or international) capable of producing the required products.
  • Obtain and compare quotations, evaluate product quality, and ensure supplier reliability.
  • Coordinate with QA/Regulatory teams for vendor qualification and required documentation.
  • Conduct or support

    factory audits

     to verify compliance with GMP and company quality standards.

Product Development & Launch

  • Work with manufacturers to finalize formulations, specifications, and pricing.
  • Coordinate artwork development for packaging and ensure compliance with labeling regulations.
  • Oversee packaging material approval and manage communication between manufacturer, artwork team, and internal departments.
  • Track project timelines from concept to dispatch to ensure

    timely product readiness and shipment

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Liaise with regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and logistics teams for smooth execution of new product introductions.
  • Ensure all documentation (COA, stability data, technical dossiers, etc.) is complete and accurate before dispatch.
  • Maintain continuous communication with customers and suppliers to align on timelines and expectations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in

    Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Management.

  • 3–8 years of experience in

    pharmaceutical product development, sourcing, or business coordination.

  • Strong knowledge of formulations (solid orals, injectables, or consumables) and GMP compliance.
  • Experience with

    vendor management, audits, and artwork development

     preferred.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with effective project management capability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic familiarity with artwork or packaging workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally under tight deadlines.

  • Number of new products successfully developed and introduced.
  • Timeliness and accuracy of project execution.
  • Cost efficiency through vendor sourcing and negotiation.
  • Quality compliance and audit readiness of new suppliers.
  • On-time dispatch and documentation accuracy for all product launches.
