Job Description

Title: New Product Development Manager Education: BE/ BTech Electronics​ Experience: 15 years & above​ Preference: Experience of having worked earlier in a similar role in a EMS industry.​ Location: Goa​ Desired Skills: Responsible for the Development of New Product from proto to mass production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systematic & efficient handover to manufacturing.​ Prepare and maintain key engineering documents, including Timing Plans, Process Flow Charts, and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis.​ Implementing APQP/PPAP for Automotive products. Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality management systems (ISO/TS/IATF)​ Act as the technical interface with customers to resolve issues related to Design for Manufacturing (DFM), In-Circuit Testing (ICT), and End-of-Line (EOL) testing system development.​ Evaluating new products, Evaluating BOM like semiconductor IC, Active/passive components, Consumables & other items., ​ Preparing and releasing BOM, PCB and Product Drawings to Purchase/QA/Production & Control of Engineering Records.​ Handle new Requests for Quotations (RFQs), perform BOM analysis & scrubbing, and conduct feasibility studies for new projects.​ Oversee the development of EOL testers for new products.​ Proactively manage component obsolescence to ensure product continuity and minimize disruptions.
