Roles and Responsibilities Work on potential leads acquired through various online and offline channels Initiate contact with leads via email, phone, and social media Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team To provide appropriate and accurate information about the services provided by the company and guide them accordingly. Promote and give basic information related to various education programs exclusively for study abroad opportunities to various countries. Maintain and update the CRM or the lead database with accurate and detailed information Collaborate and actively participate in the lead generation activities undertaken by the company. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on prospective leads and follow up activities Work on closures and generate walk-ins. Pre Requisites: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field (or currently pursuing) Excellent Communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu Good telephonic etiquette and proficient in English. Quick learner, well organized and highly motivated to accept challenges. Target oriented, with a go getter attitude.
