Job Description

Role & responsibilities Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing issues with hardware, software, and network switches and firewall Installation: Setting up switches and firewall hardware and software, and helping new employees set up their workstations Training: Teaching users how to use new software and IT regulations Maintenance: Keeping equipment and software up to date Monitoring: Keeping an eye on the performance of a company's Networks infrastructure Advising: Recommending technological solutions to executives Documentation: Creating technical reports and manuals Researching: Keeping up with the latest computing technology Logging: Recording logs of support provided to clients Remote support: Providing technical assistance remotely or on-site Preferred candidate profile Expertise in configuring and trouble shooting firewalls like Paloalto, Fortinet, Juniper & Check-Point firewall Perks and benefits Health Insurance, Environment, Retirement plans
