Network Security Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the organization's network and security infrastructure.
• Perform

  L2/L3 troubleshooting

  for network and security-related issues.
• Provide

  day-to-day support

  for routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and other network security devices.
• Proactively identify and resolve network performance and security issues.
• Manage user access, firewall rules, and security policies.
• Conduct regular health checks, log analysis, and incident response.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, change records, and reports.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of

  network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs)

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  firewalls, IDS/IPS, routers, switches

  .
• Experience with

  L2/L3 troubleshooting

  .
• Familiarity with security tools and monitoring systems.
• Good understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as

  CCNA, CCNP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or similar

• Experience with enterprise-level network environments.
