Roles and Responsibilities Experience - 8+yrs 1) Responsible for leading a team of network engineers and technicians. This includes hiring, training, and performance management of the team members. 2) Oversee the monitoring of the WiFi & Wired network to identify any performance issues, network outages, or security breaches. 3) Coordinate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve these issues promptly. 4) Must have handson experience in Routing protocols like MPLS (traffic engineering, L2/L3 VPN), BGP-4/MP-BGP, ISIS, OSPF/OSPFv3, EIGRP, RSVP, RSVP, LDP, VXLAN, Network Access Control, 802.1x, VPN. - Mandatory. 5) Experiece on SD-WAN - Mandatory 6) Experience in Software Defined Network (SDN) - Mandatory 8) Atleast 3-5 years of experience in leading a NOC of L1/L2/L3 Engineers. - Mandatory 9) Extensive experience leading and managing complex internetworking solutions from design to implementation. - Mandatory 10) Experience of multi-vendor / multi-service IP networks, multi-vendor equipment and network protocols. - Mandatory 11) Experience in Video Conferencing Equipment Management and Operations. - Desirable. 12) Experience in Fiber deployment including its active components - Desirable Strong understanding of Enterprise Network, system and application level Security issues. - Mandatory Interested candidates share CV on p.preethi@randstad.in
