Provide L1-level support for Cisco network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Assist in troubleshooting basic network connectivity issues and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 engineers. Perform initial diagnostics and resolve common networking problems. Support end-users in resolving network-related issues. Monitor network performance and report abnormalities to senior engineers. Assist in network device installations and configurations under supervision. Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and network changes. Work with service providers for basic connectivity troubleshooting. Perform routine health checks on network devices.
