Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and fine-tune dynamic routing protocols including

    EIGRP

    ,

    OSPF

    , and

    BGP

  • Handle complex routing table issues and ensure network stability and performance
  • Support and maintain

    EVPN

    and

    VXLAN

    environments (experience preferred)
  • Work with Application Load Balancers like

    F5 Big-IP LTM/GTM

    or

    Citrix NetScaler

  • Manage and support enterprise wireless solutions using

    Cisco

    and

    Juniper MIST

  • Perform incident, change, and problem management using

    ServiceNow ITSM

  • Monitor network performance using tools like

    Wireshark

    ,

    Kentik

    ,

    Prometheus

    , etc.
  • Collaborate with teams on automation initiatives using

    SaltStack

    or

    Python

  • Basic

    Linux

    skills to support network-related troubleshooting and scripting tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience in enterprise environments or tech infrastructure teams
