Role Overview: As an Analyst, Network Engineering at Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE), you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and business challenges in the financial sector. Key Responsibilities: - Support and maintain multiple multi-vendor production network environments critical to the business - Provision and execute PKI changes - Manage the issuance of new, renewal of existing, and retire/revocation of legacy x509 certificates used across network infrastructure - Provision and execute WAF policies and exceptions - Conduct audits and ensure adherence to existing standards in use across load balancer and CDN infrastructure - Assist ICE staff with problem-solving and escalation procedures - Understand and follow operational policies and procedures while promoting adherence to the same - Provide technical knowledge necessary to ensure safe, effective, and efficient changes to the network infrastructure - Document new and existing workflows to ensure accuracy of work and maintain existing standards - Collaborate and work closely with Cybersecurity, Systems engineering, and Datacenter engineering teams Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience working with load balancers - 2+ years of experience working with layer3 route/switch platforms - Working knowledge of web application firewalls - Working knowledge of web application protocols - Working knowledge of TCP/IP with OSPF and BGP routing - Working knowledge of NAT, route maps/ACLs, and routing policies - Working knowledge of PKI, x509, and certificate management/orchestration tools - Automation/Orchestration and scripting experience - Ability to multitask and work independently on multiple projects - Ability to differentiate between a critical business impacting incident and a minor problem and resolve/escalate accordingly - B.S. in CS/IT or equivalent relative experience Additional Details: Experience working on financial/HFT networks, advanced load balancer and CDN certifications, experience working with Python or similar language, and Unix/Linux system administration are desirable qualifications for this role.
