Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Managing network infra with 24/7 support environment and provide 99% network up time 2. Managing & Troubleshooting of LAN, VLAN, Web filter, Wireless & WAN networks 3. Hands on experience on Palo Alto, IPSEC 4. Good to have hands on experience on F5, ClearPass, Aruba Wireless IAP/ Controller based Radius Integration 5. Experience in Cisco catalyst switches configuration and troubleshooting 6. Experience in managing and troubleshooting of HP Procurve Switches (Vlan, Trunk, STP, LACP) 7. Hands on experience on Panorama, Palo Alto Web filter, Security and NAT Policies 8. In-depth knowledge on TCP/IP Protocol suite, IP routing protocols (BGP) 9. Need to have good communication and documentation skills. Key Deliverables 1. Take care of 24/7 support for Global Network Infrastructure as per SLA. 2. Take care of planning, execution of network projects and activities. 3. Adhere to the compliance like ISO, HIPPA, SOC2\TYPE 2 4. Flexible, quick learner, willing to support 24/7 and rotational shifts. 5. Good knowledge on planning and execution of the projects.
