Browser Support 3+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience Shift Hours: 6.30 PM onwards Mode of Work: Work from Office Job Status: Permanent with Launch IT, Current project duration is of 18 months Job Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore Skills and Responsibilities investigate, and solve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices. understand and resolve customer issues, through training and readiness. Technical proficiency in the installation, deployment, configuration of IE and Edge Deep knowledge in troubleshooting technologies like IE and Edge. Deep understanding of HTTP and other application layer protocols Broad experience in web development with knowledge in HTML and JavaScript, CSS (Cascade Style Sheet), Web Browser Control, C# or .Net Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including network, transport and security layers, specifically including TCP, IP, FTP, SSL, TLS protocols Experience in web application fundamentals, client deployment of Web, Browser based applications. A good understanding of the concepts of Operating Systems, networking and basic group policy is required. Experience in one or more of these areas desirable • Knowledge of Intune configuration. • Knowledge of Active Directory and troubleshooting Authentication issues. • Experience in troubleshooting Chromium based browsers.
