Job Description

Job Title: Network Engineer L2

Role Overview:
Responsible for providing advanced IT infrastructure and end-user support. The role involves handling escalated L1 issues, performing in-depth troubleshooting, and maintaining network, server, and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot complex network, OS, and hardware issues.
Manage Windows clients, servers, and Active Directory.
Configure and monitor VLANs, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policies.
Perform server administration, file permissions, and patch management.
Handle firewall, VPN, and endpoint security configurations.
Support imaging, deployment, and recovery of systems.
Escalate unresolved or critical issues to higher levels.

Technical Skills Required:

Advanced Networking (VLANs, ACLs, VPNs, DNS/DHCP).
Windows OS & Server administration.
Active Directory & Group Policy management.
Firewall configuration and security policies.
Antivirus & endpoint protection management.
Imaging and backup tools (MDT, SCCM, Windows Backup).

Qualification:

Diploma / Graduate in IT or related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in IT support.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
