Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Network Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This junior-level, full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the field. The successful candidate will work closely with our technical team to ensure robust and secure network solutions, contributing to our goal of high-quality staffing and recruitment services. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in routing and switching practices is mandatory for seamless network management and optimization. Proven expertise in VPN setup and management, labeled as a mandatory skill, to ensure secure and encrypted connections. Comprehensive knowledge of network engineering principles (Mandatory skill) to design and implement effective network solutions. Strong skills in network troubleshooting, offering the ability to diagnose and resolve network-related issues swiftly. Experience with firewalls and their configurations to enhance network security and mitigate risks efficiently. Solid understanding of network security protocols and practices to safeguard data and prevent unauthorized access. Ability to manage and maintain servers, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime in operational environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to support complex network infrastructures. Roles and Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage network systems to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure connectivity. Monitor network performance and conduct troubleshooting to resolve issues and optimize performance. Deploy and configure VPNs to ensure secure remote access for organizational needs. Implement and maintain firewalls and security measures to safeguard network data integrity. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance network security protocols in line with company policies. Perform regular maintenance and updates to network infrastructure components to ensure longevity. Document network configurations and operational procedures for future reference and improvement.
