And currently, were scouting for Network Development Manager for E V Charging Station business to be based out at Kochi, Hyderabad, Mumbai & Pune. Job Purpose: Agreements and documents execution er is responsible for visiting the potential sites, analyzing the feasibility of the site and giving inputs to the business team to expand electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. The manager will also be responsible for identifying and on-boarding real estate options for electric mobility business. Key Accountabilities: To continuously assess market potential for expansion or new business opportunity Source and on-board appropriate locations in prioritized cities Create/Negotiate on ground commercial agreements Agreements and documents execution Site HOTO to project team Conduct mandatory health and safety and maintenance checks in their cluster, reporting issues or concerns Visiting potential sites and sharing feedback along with coordinating with the relevant stakeholder for setting up new site Key Decisions / Performance Indicators: Sites reviewed Number of sites in a cluster Effective use of appropriate models to ensure sound decision making Deal execution on securing access to appropriate outlets Note: Candidate must be either full time BE/B Tech or MBA having similar experience from EV Charging Infra /Real Estate Industries only.
