Network Automation Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a technical nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Student should have good theoretical knowledge of IT Networks, OSI Layer, ITIL concepts, automation and scripting knowledge (Python and Ansible preferred) Knowledge that includes Cisco router and switch configuration and troubleshooting, and other types of network hardware Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills Team player with strong communications skills and proven interpersonal skills Qualifications Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Master's degree in computer science, Engineering or related field - Good communication and presentation skills to interact with customers. - Possess a strong sense of ownership and transparent acceptance of responsibility. - Self driven, quick learner and team player .- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail - Knowledge in Python, Ansible - Knowledge of Switching, Routing Architectures, security protocols Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
