Job description as below: Summary of the role: To handle new projects, network implementations, network monitoring and manage network disasters in the [24]7 network infrastructure. To plan, implement and maintain the network infrastructure of [24]7.ai and ensure consistent performance maximizing uptime. Job functions: Management of present & new program implementation/disasters. Management of networks on the agreed SLA with the organization clients. Management of network bandwidth, security and connectivity issues. Role and Responsibilities: Manage technical network solutions and framework of [24]7 network infrastructure. Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems. Upgrade network hardware and software components as required. Solution and designing of network infrastructure with knowledge in HLD and LLD Perform network planning, modeling, and analysis. Design, implement and manage security countermeasures when network vulnerabilities arise. Develop and deliver professional proposals and design documentation for new/old program ramp-up or ramp-down. Testing the performance of upgraded or newly installed systems for performance, scalability, and security. Manage technology vendors for network related queries/issues. Qualification: • Masters Degree or Bachelor degree in Engineering in any branch preferred Electronics/Telecommunication/C.S. Minimum 8 - 10 years experience in the related field. Management / Technical certifications would be an added advantage. Preferred Skills: Detailed knowledge of WAN and LAN networking systems and software. Google Cloud Platform skills Provide L3 technical support Liaise with other IT teams to design solutions for new infrastructure implementations. Excellent analytical and design skills. Good communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of Cisco ASA, Palo Alto networks. Knowledge of SDWAN, ACI Networking and Security Skills Detail-oriented with advanced project management skills.
