Perform routine hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and repairs. Maintain an inventory of IT assets. Manage server hardware, operating systems, and storage systems. Ensure regular backups of data and systems and test disaster recovery protocols. Design, configure, and implement network solutions, including LAN, WAN, and VPN. Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Maintain and update firewall, router, switch, and access point configurations. Oversee network security protocols to safeguard systems against threats. Technical Skills: Proficiency in hardware diagnostics and repairs. Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.), and equipment. Experience with network monitoring tools and software. Knowledge of camera network and biometric (Preferable)
