Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Network Analytics to accurately define and resolve client issues, while also utilizing exceptional communication skills to maintain strong client relationships. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide ongoing support to clients, acting as the interface between the client and the system or application. Utilize deep product knowledge to accurately define client issues and design effective resolutions. Utilize expertise in Network Analytics to analyse and interpret complex data sets for actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of systems and applications. Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication skills and a dedication to quality service. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Network Analytics. Good To Have Skills: Experience in Service Operations. Strong understanding of systems and applications, with the ability to accurately define and resolve client issues. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of systems and applications. Exceptional communication skills, with a dedication to quality service. Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets for actionable insights. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Network Analytics. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Technology Architecture, Technology & Information Architectures, or a related field. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
