We are looking for a Network Administrator who is driven by the art of ensuring network stability and security. As a core member of the IT Team, the candidate will take ownership of network management by working independently with little supervision. The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and skilled professional with extensive experience in configuring and managing network devices, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring network security. You must also possess a strong knowledge of hardware installation, maintenance, and network performance optimization while maintaining clear documentation and effective communication. You will be hands-on in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining the organizations network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and security. You will work with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain a robust and efficient network environment. Key Responsibilities: Configure, manage and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Monitor network performance and ensure network security. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime. Implement and manage security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls. Ensure optimal network performance by analyzing and optimizing network traffic. Maintain hardware installations and perform periodic maintenance. Document network configurations, procedures, and incident reports. Work closely with IT teams to support business operations and IT security compliance. Stay updated with the latest networking trends, tools, and best practices. Candidate Profile: Required Qualifications: Qualification: Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering or IT. CCNA certification is mandatory. Minimum 5 years of experience in configuring and managing network devices. Strong expertise in troubleshooting network issues and ensuring network security. Hands-on experience with network hardware installation, maintenance, and optimization. Proficiency in documenting network configurations and processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
