Job Description

Technical Expertise & Escalation Serve as the L2 technical escalation point , providing advanced troubleshooting and support for Cisco Routing & Switching technologies. Ensure the smooth operation of Data Center Networks and Large-Scale WAN Networks , leveraging MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP . Optimize network efficiency through expertise in Layer 2 & Layer 3 switching technologies (STP, RSTP, MSTP, PVST, VSTP). Network Design & Implementation Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance networks aligned with industry best practices. Create detailed network diagrams, technical documentation, and as-built records for effective knowledge management. Conduct network audits and performance assessments , providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement. Advanced Protocols & Emerging Technologies Manage and troubleshoot IP-based protocols (ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, DNS, DHCP) and advanced routing mechanisms (BGP, OSPF, RIP, NAT, PAT). Implement and support multicast networking solutions (IGMP, IGMP Snooping, PIM) and service provider technologies (MPLS, MP-BGP, L2/L3 VPNs). Gain exposure to Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and Wireless Network Devices , contributing to next-gen network transformation. Collaboration & Service Excellence Work closely with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure robust network performance and scalability. Support incident, request, and change management processes , aligning with service-level commitments . Actively participate in technical reviews, service improvement initiatives, and knowledge-sharing forums .
