Roles and Responsibilities Manage network infrastructure, including hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance. Provide technical support to users on desktop administration tasks such as troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software applications. Troubleshoot network connectivity problems using various tools like ping, traceroute, etc. Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues that require coordination across multiple systems. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching operating systems, updating firmware, and monitoring system performance. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in Network Administration or a related field. Strong knowledge of networking protocols (LAN), routing concepts (OSPF), switching technologies (VLAN). Proficiency in configuring firewalls (Cisco ASA) for security purposes.
