NetSuite Technical Lead

Job Description

The NetSuite Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the technical design, implementation, and ongoing support of NetSuite ERP solutions. This role requires a strong technical background in NetSuite, experience with system integrations, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of developers and technical consultants. Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of NetSuite ERP solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. Ensure best practices and standards are followed in all NetSuite customizations and integrations. Project Management: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Manage project tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders. Development and Customization: Design and develop custom NetSuite solutions, including custom scripts, workflows, and integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to NetSuite configurations and customizations. Ensure the quality and efficiency of custom scripts and configurations through rigorous testing and validation. Integration and Data Management: Lead the integration of NetSuite with other business systems and applications. Oversee data migration and ensure data integrity during the implementation process. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing technical support for NetSuite users and resolve system issues in a timely manner. Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and enhancements. Stay updated with the latest NetSuite features and functionalities and recommend improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in NetSuite implementation and customization. Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams. Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, including ERP, CRM, and SuiteCommerce. Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder. Experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Skills: NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer). Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams. Knowledge of accounting and finance principles. Experience in the IT sector.
