Job Title

: NetSuite Integrations & Customization Expert

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage NetSuite integrations with external systems (Salesforce, Shopify, in-house apps) using SuiteScript, RESTlets, SuiteTalk, and middleware tools like Celigo or Boomi.
  • Customize and maintain SuiteFlow workflows, saved searches, and dashboards.
  • Configure and enhance Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) functionality, including foreign currency enablement and custom ARM flows.
  • Handle NetSuite support tickets (approx. 6–7 per week) related to customizations, reporting issues, and data corrections.
  • Assist in ongoing customizations (forms, fields, roles, permissions).
  • Build and optimize financial reports and operational dashboards.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accounting accuracy and compliance.
