Were #Hiring a Senior Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant We are looking for a Senior Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our team, driving the effective implementation and optimization of #NetSuite #ERP solutions for our clients. Position: Senior Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant Experience: 5+ Years Location: Hybrid - Bangalore Key Responsibilities: As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and configure NetSuite to meet their needs. Will be responsible for participating in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documenting process flows and specifications. Design scalable and efficient solutions within the NetSuite platform to address client needs, including but not limited to inventory management, production planning, supply chain optimization, and order fulfilment. Configure and customize NetSuite modules and functionalities to align with client requirements, leveraging best practices and industry standards. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Lead/Support all solution activities including testing, verification, and cutover activities. Documentation of requirement, Process and User documentation Design business process and application configuration for application based on industry best practices. Work with technical teams to design and test automation and integrations Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for NetSuite implementation and optimization. Conduct sessions with the customer, attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables. Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Perform administrator activities such as role setup, user setup, monitoring, deployment of enhancements and partner bundles, etc. Responsible for owning and delivering complex solutions using the Oracle NetSuite platform. Skill Required: Minimum of 5 end-to-end implementation experiences. Experience in Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, Services, or Retail. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of implementing NetSuite for manufacturing processes, including production planning, inventory management, bill of materials (BOM), and shop floor operations. Familiarity with additional modules like Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Fixed Assets (FA/FAM), and Project Management (Pgm), and Reporting Experience in managing client relationships during pre-sales and post-sales engagements. Ability to train clients and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Commitment to continuous learning, including pursuing relevant certifications and deepening product knowledge. Proven ability to deliver training and facilitate workshops effectively. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing team members. Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements, as needed. Educational Qualifications: At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite configuration, consulting, and administration. NetSuite SuiteFoundation and SuiteSuccess certifications preferred. Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and change management skills. Good team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
