Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join Netmate Information Technology Services. This position is based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, coordinating meetings for the sales team, and maintaining consistent follow-ups to ensure smooth communication and successful conversions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, and online research. Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the sales team. Follow up with prospects post-meeting to ensure continued engagement and progress. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals, quotations, and follow-ups are handled efficiently. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and client information. Achieve monthly targets related to lead generation and meeting schedules. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance business opportunities. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in telesales, sales coordination, or inside sales Bachelor’s degree. Strong understanding of IT products, services, and basic networking concepts is an advantage. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
