Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, and execute social media strategies for multiple clients across different industries. Create and manage engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, infographics, videos) for each client. Oversee daily social media activities on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) as well as LinkedIn, YouTube, and others. Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics for each client and recommend actionable strategies. Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to align campaigns with client objectives. Manage paid social media campaigns on Meta and optimize ROI. Engage with online audiences, respond to queries/messages, and build strong community presence for each brand. Prepare monthly reports with performance insights and recommendations. Requirements & Skills • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with hands-on expertise in Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). • Strong understanding of algorithms, audience engagement, and content best practices across major social platforms. • Proficiency in content creation and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator). • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills. • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. • Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple client accounts. • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid campaigns is a plus. Qualifications • Formal degree is not mandatory – proven experience, skills, and creativity are valued more. • Relevant certifications in Social Media or Digital Marketing will be an advantage.
