Job Description

  • NET Technical Lead

Location

: HCL Gurugram (Work from Office)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of .NET applications.
  • Drive architectural design and implementation using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers; ensure code quality through reviews and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UI/UX, QA, DevOps) in an Agile environment.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
  • Integrate cloud-native solutions and services (Azure, AWS, or GCP) into applications.
  • Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of existing systems.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Backend: Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.
  • Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, React, or Vue.js) and familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Practical knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins or equivalent).
  • Agile Methodologies: Solid understanding of Scrum/Kanban, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent team management, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Independence & Ownership: Ability to work autonomously, drive technical decisions, and own deliverables end-to-end.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Certifications in Microsoft Azure/AWS/GCP or DevOps tools.
  • Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), or event-driven architectures.
  • Domain expertise in enterprise applications, e-commerce, or B2B platforms.
