.NET Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of .NET-based enterprise applications.
  
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and mentor junior engineers.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  
• Drive the adoption of best practices in coding standards, architecture patterns, performance optimization, and security.
  
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  
• Work closely with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth CI/CD and deployment processes.
  
• Oversee project timelines, effort estimation, and risk management.
  
• Stay updated on evolving .NET and cloud technologies to recommend improvements and innovation.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 14+ years of hands-on experience

  in software development with strong expertise in

  .NET / .NET Core

  frameworks.
• Proficiency with

  C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC

  , and microservices architecture.
• Strong experience in

  SQL Server

  , query optimization, stored procedures, and database design.
• Solid understanding of

  cloud technologies

  (Azure preferred).
• Experience with

  RESTful services

  , distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
• Strong knowledge of

  OOP, design patterns, clean architecture

  , and scalable system design.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale enterprise applications.
  
• Hands-on experience with

  Git

  , CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
