JD Customer Facing: Work with end users and key stakeholders to understand requirements for system enhancements and deliver to those requirements. Team Engagement: Daily cadences with the technology support team to troubleshoot incidents and manage enhancements. Strong Communications: Meetings and supporting documentation to achieve end-to-end delivery of fixes and enhancements. Clear Documentation: Ability to prepare reports, emails and meeting content in keeping with solution delivery. Presentation Skills: Proven experience with presenting to stakeholders.
